Pallet Wrap
Pallet wrap is a highly stretchable plastic film, most commonly made from linear low-density polyethylene. It is designed to be stretched tightly around goods stacked on a pallet. Once applied, the film’s elastic recovery creates strong holding force that binds the load into a single, stable unit.
Excellent Pallet Unitization – The most common use — wrapping individual boxes or items into a single, stable load on a pallet. Prevents shifting during transport and handling.
Improve load stability for forklift movement, trucking, and warehousing.Reduce product damage and improve workplace safety
Basic Product Protection – Shields goods from dust, dirt, and moisture.UV-resistant variants protect outdoor-stored items from sun damage.VCI (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor) films protect metal parts from rust.
Offer a degree of Tamper Evidence – Once wrapped, any disturbance is visible. Black or opaque wraps conceal high-value contents.
Bundling & Consolidation – Wrapping multiple items together without a pallet — e.g., grouping pipes, lumber, or carpet rolls.Secure boxes, bags, bottles, or irregular items so they do not shift, tip, or collapse
